FPRA Membership

HCLA is a registered member of the Federation of Private Residents’ Associations (FPRA).

This is a non-profit limited company which offers advice to members who pay an annual subscription fee. It offers specialist legal advice, insurance, management, and building guidance and keeps members informed about the current issues affecting leaseholders.

It is the national voice of residents’ associations and leaseholders and is frequently consulted by government.
