Pet policy

  • Pets are strictly forbidden in the flats at Herga Court as per the original lease.
  • The only exception to the above, is if the leaseholder has requested for special written permission from the freeholder.
  • Tenants with pets will need to request their Leaseholder (landlord) to make a formal written request to the freeholder.
